About us

Örebro University Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Sweden and located in the center of Sweden. It’s walking distance from the city center.

There is a helipad on the roof of the O-building but less ill patients can use regular flights from Stockholm or Copenhagen. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi from the hospital. Trains leave and arrive every hour from Stockholm (2 hours). The “Svartån” is a small river passing along some of the hospital buildings.

Teaching is carried out in collaboration with Örebro University and with Linköping University.
