Our mission statement

The purpose of The Center for Head and Neck Oncology is to provide the best possible care for patients with benign and malignant tumors in the Head and Neck area.
The diagnosis and treatment will whenever possible be based on evidence based medicine. Patients will whenever possible and after informed consent be included in clinical trials.
Treatment will be offered without unmotivated bias towards specific modalities (radiation, surgery etc). Treatments will be proposed to patients only after consensus at a tumor board meeting.
The goal for all treatments is to as far, and as soon, as possible, restore normal function and esthetics’ All treatments will be followed-up for a minimum of 5 years.
